Poly Welding Services throughout Australia
Butt Welding
Is the fusing of 2 pipe ends together. We provide butt welding for a wide range of civil works applications as well as anything commercial or in even in your back yard. Any sized poly pipe from 25mm to 1200mm.
Electro Fusion Welding
Is another welding process to weld pipe together using a coupler designed fitting which has electrodes helping create heat. This can be used for pipe that is already in the ground and cannot be taken out, but needs pieces added to. Electro Fusion is the best way to do it.
Extrusion Welding
Is almost like metal welding but with polyethelyne rod and heat. It can be used to create pontoons and fix split poly pipes. We can also design tanks with this method as well as fix any polyethelyne water tanks.
Emergency Poly Repairs
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to attend to any emergency call out in regard to your poly pipe. Whether it be a leaking coupler or split pipe, we can fix it!
We Can Work Anywhere
These pictures show a job completed for a satisfied client where we were able to construct a pipeline to suck out water from a dam to an irrigation sprinkler. We were also able to float the pipe into the dam to reach where it needed to be.
McElroy 618 Tracstar Poly Welding Machine
The McElroy is one of the latest Poly Welding Machines on the market. This allows us to complete our work in a more timely manner, as it as it has high fusion aspects which allows us to pull the pipe out quicker than normal. It also has state of the art data logging capabilities, which the client can request after each job is complete.
No Matter the Space
Here you can see that we are restricted with the space available to get to the job. But with our skills we were able to get into the space allowed to us to weld the flange on for the job and GET IT DONE!
